I have tried out Lifter in both MS and Lynx with the same problem. (After finding the updated version of it with the gravel tile placed at 22,1 that is.) I would suggest changing the FF at 1,30 to face right instead of up which gives enough time to get past the fireballs and finish. ps. the fireballs will follow you right to the exit! On another level - Misconceptions - the blue keys along the top are not required to finish. You may want to place a thin wall at 20,2 so as to force the use of keys and blocks being pushed into the door spaces. I looked at all the other levels for something at 18,3 but didn't find anything. The closest I could find was the tank cloner at 21,2 in Flareon's Quest: Part II which isn't visible when playing, and works perfectly with the relay cloning of flames at 29,12.
  2. Other games with level editors

Your question did not specify the type of game you are asking about, so...... I have made some missions for Descent II that I have uploaded to the Descent Mission Database . http://www.enspiar.com/dmdb/viewMember.php?id=314 . The editor I use is DLE XP ver 1.12.26 from Bryan Aamot. The latest is 1.12.31 available here: http://www.descent2.de/index.html Besides Chip's Challenge, Descent is the only other game that I've made levels for. I have editors for Need for Speed (T3ED) and Quake II (WinQoole) but never made any levels with them.
  3. JoshL6 discussion

Hi Josh, I really this set too! On level 140 (The Terror Within) I found I didn't have to get the yellow key at (17,21). I could pick up the chip beside it when I had the flippers from (25,6). So in the bottom right section with the tanks I don't need to go through that trap or, incidentally, use the yellow key on the door at (14,22). This doesn't seem to be intentional. Nice function with the block covering the clone at (4,19) When I first looked at the level and walked around wondering what the heck do I do here, I didn't see how to use that block and walked right into the room below, cloning a walker... doh! I've since solved this level in both MS and Lynx. Cheers!
  4. Unsolvable Level Reports

This is just a question. Is MarkusCCLP1 level 44 - A Block's Life solvable? Is there a solution available? I'm stumped!

I may have asked that question some time ago and received a similar response. Surprisingly, I don't have a modified set. But I do have a copy of the CCLP4 Expansion pack in LYNX which I modified with the connection/correction.
  7. Unsolvable Level Reports

I can't seem to find a single version of KTNUSA2.dat that has the trap release connected from 26,8 to the trap at 29,7 in level 13 - Bumper Blocks. Anyone else come across this?
  8. Unsolvable Level Reports

Thank you Jeffrey. I have solved it in both MS and LYNX without using that clone button. I just noticed that it didn't work and was wondering. I hadn't checked the wiki page. It is so useful at times!
  9. Unsolvable Level Reports

CCLP3 Level 62 - Go Back to Start. I have tried several versions of this set with the same result on all of them. In MS the clone button at (1,28) doesn't clone a bug at (3,28), but it works in LYNX. Is there a glitch or something? I have tried using Tile World version 1.3.0, 1.3.1, and 2.0.0.
